SPAIN DAYBOOK: Spain Sets Capital Levels for Unlisted Banks - Bloomberg: "Spain’s Finance Minister Elena Salgado said late yesterday lenders that aren’t listed and don’t have private investors holding at least 20 percent of their shares and that depend on wholesale funding will have higher capital requirements."
